If nobody picks up
Etienne Lemichel works without a secretary and cannot always answer. Send him a text or a WhatsApp message with your name, what your request is about and, if you have received a decision, its date. He will call you back.
Have you just received an OQTF? Depending on your situation, the appeal must be filed within 48 hours to one month. Call the firm or send a text or WhatsApp message without delay, stating the date the decision was served.
What to bring
- the decision you received and its envelope, which proves the date of service;
- your passport, your residence permit or your receipt (récépissé);
- letters from the préfecture, OFPRA or the court, and screenshots of your ANEF account;
- documents showing your situation: housing, work, family, presence in France.
