First meeting

How it works

  1. You call or write

By phone, text, WhatsApp or email, tell the firm which decision you received and its date. This first exchange is free. A meeting is then arranged, with priority if a time limit to appeal is running.

  2. Etienne Lemichel reviews your case

At the office or by video call, with the decision, its envelope and your supporting documents. He explains the procedure, the time limits and your real prospects.

  3. You decide

If you instruct the firm, the fees are set in writing before any work starts. Legal aid can cover them.

Frequently asked questions

Your first questions

I have received an OQTF. How long do I have to challenge it?

One month if you are free, 7 days if you are under house arrest or in prison, 48 hours if you are in administrative detention, from the date it was served on you. Unless you are in detention, contact the firm the same day.

My application is stuck on ANEF. What can I do?

Etienne Lemichel first checks that the file is complete and that the préfecture has been chased up. If it still does not respond, appeals to the administrative court can force a decision. Remedies when an application is stuck
