Application for a residence permit

Asylum request / CNDA

Our firm will defend you before the National Court of Asylum (CNDA) in the event your asylum application is rejected by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA). Contestation of refusals of stay and OQTFs

In the event that your request for a residence permit is rejected by the prefecture and the enactment of an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF), the firm will ensure your defense before the administrative courts in order to obtain the cancellation of these decisions and thus force the prefecture to issue you a residence permit.
